compliance. Customers have the ability to add URLS whenever they
so desire. A single click will display instant web page summary
information. The system can be set to monitor web site content
in the background and cull old or outdated pages from the site.
There is even a system to search for content by Keyword, URL,
or Title.
The number of active and inactive pages is consistently monitored.
Non-compliant pages are not posted to the site. webZerve
monitors the number of websites that an organization keeps on
its servers. Communication between content managers and subject
matter experts webmasters is facilitated. Task and action items
are posted for immediate attention.
Tracking content managers and developers responsible for each
page easily monitors "Ownership" of pages and content.
It is simple to develop reports for assigned time periods, developers
and content managers. The last date a page was updated is easily
determined. Synchronization functions allow direct information
exchanges with other databases.
